1. I, have the right to call off a commission or decline any projects presented by you, the client.
2. Please write in a direct and polite manner when contacting the artist. .
3. Clients must state if their project or commission is for personal use or if it will be used commercially. If commission is for commercial use then there will be additional or ongoing fees.
4. Deadlines for any commissions must be notified in discussion between the client and creator. Fees may apply if the deadline is within 7 days or less.
5. As a university student, I often work on comissions at night or on weekends!

1. All payments are to be processed via PAYPAL (non-negotiable) USD. If you pay the balance in another currency, please ensure the balance you pay reflects an equal amount in USD currency.
2.: No payments will be accepted in cash or check. 5
3.: 100% of payment must be upfront. (Refunds are non-negotiable)

1. The description of the product the client requests must be clear and concise.
2.: References ned to be provided by clients. (i.e. photographs, textual description, and other intellectual properties.)
3.: The commission will commence once payment has been received in FULL. I will inform clients on when I start each phase. (Sketch, Lineart, Coloring, etc.) 4. Work in processes will be provided with the software present in the background and in a JPG resolution after each phase. (sketch, ink/line art, color, background.)
5.: In regards to changing the contents of a commission, there is a list of things that I do not mind altering without a fee. Large changes might cost an additional $1-20 USD, please refer to my google document contract. for further details.
6.: If the client commissions multiple projects there is a current limit of 3 commissions per client when the creator/artist is open to the intake of commissions. 7. Work starts as SOON as possible when payment is received. The artist/creator will inform the client of their place in line when a commission is queued.
7.: References ned to be provided by clients. (i.e. photographs, textual description, and other intellectual properties.)
3.: The client will receive a high-resolution PNG of their commission (unless informed otherwise) via EMAIL/GOOGLE DRIVE once the client has confirmed there are no other alterations needed to be made.

1. I will do everything within my power and reason to make my clients happy/content with the product they’ve purchased. .
2. No changes can be made when the work is complete and sent via email to the client.
3. I ask that the client is clear and transparent with their commission through each stage of the process to avoid any major complications and to minimize the chances of needing changes to be made.

1. I hold the right to the artwork. Therefore I am allowed to use the artwork to: Promote myself. Display and post said illustration to my liking.
2. The client is allowed to: Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only UNLESS agreed otherwise. Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the artwork itself. Share the artwork on their own social media pages and/or use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
3. If you break the copyright infringement in any shape or form, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted. For refrences of this, please refer to my google document contract. for further details.
